Restart Outlook, follow prompts and recreate your profile that connects to your mailbox. Open up the Mail control panel applet, and delete your profile. If you are running Outlook connected to Exchange in non-cached mode with no other POP accounts or PST files attached, do the following to resolve your 'Working Offline' error message: Recreate your profile.
